Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal and is required prior to goods being shipped. For information on wholesale or business credit accounts, please contact us.

Security

Payments made on the Paperarzi website are made securly through PayPay. Your personal and payment details will remain confidential.

Invitation Orders

Once you have placed your order for printed stationery and emailed to us or submitted with your order your invitation wording, we will email you an initial proof of your invitation (typically within 3 working days of receipt of wording).

Please review your proof carefully and make any changes required. Email us back the details and we will re-do the proof with your requested changes and send you a final proof for approval. If you make changes after this proof we will charge you $15.00 for each additional proof.

Once you are happy with your invitation, we need you to print and sign a copy of the proof, and fax or email the signed copy back to us. If we are printing names on your invitations, you will also need to send us a guest list. We will then get started printing and assembling your invitations.

Please refer to our document How to Send us your Invitations Wording and Data for the required format we need your information in. If you send us information handwritten, faxed, or your guest list not in the correct format, we will charge data handling fees at $35 per hour.

It will take 7-14 days for us to print and assemble the invitations after receiving your signed proof. Depending on supplier deliveries, it might take a little longer but we will contact you if we think there is going to be any delays.

At Paperartzi we make every effort to create the perfect wedding stationery for you.  All stationery is hand make and may contain very slight variances.
Please help us to help you by reporting shortages or problems with your order within 7 days of delivery. This will enable us to assist you in rectifying the problem without undue delay. Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge.
