In the unlikely event that something is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement. For replacement of damaged goods, the products must first be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

A replacement, exchange or refund is only available on faulty goods that are returned with labels intact, within 14 days of purchase.
