Deliveries
We use Australia Post for shipping our goods to youand charge standard Australia post rates. FREE delivery within Australia is available on all orders greater than $50 (ex GST).
Once shipped, delivery within Australia usually takes between 3-10 working days. Please contact us if your parcel doesn’t arrive within 10 days. Please allow 7-14 days for international delivery.
Express post available upon request at additional charge.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
We take care in checking and packaging deliveries. In the unlikely event that something is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement. For replacement of damaged goods, the products must first be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
