Restarts and Reproofs
A RESTART fee of $15.00 will be payable if additional invitations are required after all work on the original order has been completed. Changes to submitted wording made after the initial proof has been prepared will incur a $15.00 REPROOF fee.
File handling
Prices related to mail merges, personalisation of invitations and printing of envelopes or labels is predicated on data being received electronically in a format which can be readily used by Paperartzi to produce your invitations. Should work be required to prepare the file for use this time will be charged for at a rate of $60 per hour which shall be added to the final settlement price. Should you require any guidance as to how to prepare your data please ask the staff.
Intellectual property
All designs, concepts, illustrations and other intellectual property used to complete this work remain the property of Create Invite Pty Ltd (trading as Paperartzi Papers). We reserve the right to show designs, including those developed for you, to other customers and to use any such designs in marketing materials and to produce them for other customers.
Quantity variations
We understand that you may need to change the quantity of your job after the quote has been settled. Please note that a Handling Fee of $15.00 will be applied to the settlement price of your job each time we are asked to create additional invitations after the initial quantity has been printed or assembled respectively.
Please also note that as some materials may need to be ordered in to meet the increased numbers additional costs may be incurred for freight and P&H, minimum quantities may also be imposed by the supplier which will be passed on.
